A polyester polycaprolactone-based polyurethane elastomer (PU) and poly-(l-lactide) (PLLA), two common biomaterials, were electrospun to produce membranes with fibres either randomly orientated or aligned. PU was used to produce membranes consisting of smooth fibres. PLLA was used to prepare fibres with a textured surface. Contact angle measurements of the PU and PLLA cast films reveal that they were both below 90 degrees and fully wetted in less than 60 s. These membranes were investigated for the effect of fibre topography and fibre alignment on cell adhesion, using mouse L929 fibroblasts. It was found that the alignment of electrospun fibres controls the directional spreading of fibroblast independent of fibre being smooth or textured.

Un polyester base polycaprolactone &eacute;lastom&egrave;re de polyur&eacute;thanne (PU) et poly-(l-lactide) (PLLA), deux biomat&eacute;riaux commun, ont &eacute;t&eacute; &eacute;lectrofil&eacute;es pour produire des membranes avec fibres au hasard orient&eacute; ou align&eacute;s. Unit&eacute; centrale a servi &agrave; produire des membranes compos&eacute;e de fibres lisses. PLLA a servi &agrave; pr&eacute;parer les fibres avec une surface textur&eacute;e. Mesures de l&#39;angle de contact des films cast PU et PLLA r&eacute;v&egrave;lent qu&#39;ils &eacute;taient tous deux en dessous de 90 degr&eacute;s et enti&egrave;rement humidifi&eacute;e dans moins de 60 s. Ces membranes ont &eacute;t&eacute; &eacute;tudi&eacute;s pour l&#39;effet de la topographie de la fibre et l&#39;alignement des fibres sur l&#39;adh&eacute;sion cellulaire, &agrave; l&#39;aide de fibroblastes de souris L929. Il a &eacute;t&eacute; constat&eacute; que l&#39;alignement des fibres &eacute;lectrofil&eacute;es contr&ocirc;le la diffusion directionnelle des fibroblastes ind&eacute;pendant de fibres &eacute;tant lisses ou textur&eacute;s.

Un poliestere Elastomero poliuretanico a base di policaprolattone (PU) e poly-(l-lactide) (PLLA), due comuni biomateriali, erano elettrofilate per produrre membrane con fibre casualmente orientate o allineati. PU &egrave; stato utilizzato per la produzione di membrane costituito da fibre lisce. PLLA &egrave; stato utilizzato per preparare le fibre con una superficie strutturata. Le misure di angolo di contatto dei PU e PLLA cast film rivelano che erano entrambi di sotto di 90 gradi e bagnate completamente in meno di 60 s. Queste membrane sono state studiate per l&#39;effetto della topografia di fibra e fibra allineamento sull&#39;adesione cellulare, usando L929 fibroblasti. Si &egrave; constatato che l&#39;allineamento delle fibre elettrofilate controlla la diffusione direzionale del fibroblasto indipendente della fibra &egrave; liscia o testurizzata.
